Abstract
PURPOSE: To supply the oxygen generated by oxygen generating bacteria to nitrifying bacteria and org. matter decomposing bacteria without being consumed by aerobic bacteria by depositing the nitrifying bacteria and org. matter decomposing bacteria on one adsorbent near the oxygen generating bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The adsorbent 1 (the material is zeolite, ceramics or high- molecular polymer) is put into a culture fluid of the nitrifying bacteria 2 (for example, Nitrosmonas Nitrobacter) and is cultured for several days. In succession, this adsorbent 1 is put into a culture fluid of the oxygen generating bacteria 4 (for example, blue-green algee) and are cultured for several days. Finally, this absorbent 1 is cultured in the culture fluid of the org. matter decomposing bacteria 3. The org. sludge decomposition sediment improving functional agent deposited with nitric acid bacteria 2, the org. matter decomposing bacteria 3, and the oxygen generating bacteria 4 on the adsorbent 1 is produced as a result thereof. The oxygen generated by the oxygen generating bacteria is supplied to the org. matter decomposing bacteria and nitrifying bacteria without being consumed by other bacteria, for example, aerobic bacteria, according to this org. sludge decomposition sediment improving agent.
